Our parks are open 12 months of the year with gated entrances and our friendly park wardens are always on hand should you require any assistance. Our holiday home parks include Allerthorpe Golf & Country Park, a stunning luxury lodge park located 10 miles from the historic city of York, and 2 miles from Pocklington. Nestled in the spectacular Yorkshire Wolds, a historic market town, makes a delightful destination for visitors of all tastes and interests. With an onsite pub and restaurant, stunning 9 hole golf course, exclusive owners lounge, and fishing lake, Allerthorpe really is a park that has it all! All our holiday homes overlook the lake or have golf course views. If fishing and golf are your favourite pastime hobbies, then Allerthorpe Golf & Country Park is a must for you. Malton Grange Lodge Park is a prestigious park with a five-star rating, perfect for couples, friends or families looking for a self-catering holiday. Our stunning boutique park is located three miles outside the market town of Malton, the ‘food capital of Yorkshire’, and offers holidaymakers the chance to relax in the stunning North Yorkshire countryside.



  • How do I pay my remaining balance? - 28 days before your stay the remaining balance will be charged to the card provided, if your booking is made within 28 days of arrival, the full balance is due upon booking. The best way to contact the team is to use our email: reservations@prestigeholidaylodges.com. Please be advised if you booked via an external website i.e booking.com/ Airbnb etc they will handle the full payment.
  • Do all lodges have hot tubs? - The majority of our lodges do have hot tubs. However, there are a select few that do not. This is outlined clearly in the lodge description.
  • Are all lodges pet-friendly? - No, however, we do have a wide range that are, this can be found on the lodge description. Pets are charged at £30.00 per pet.
  • When will I receive my security deposit back? - Prestige Holiday Lodges uses a third-party company called charge automation, the security deposit is released after check out, once the lodge has been inspected. it can take up to 10 working days for this to be released. Please be advised the transaction will not show as a credit to the account, it will instead just disappear from the pending transactions.
  • What time is check-in? - Check-in is between 4 pm & 6 pm, if you feel that you will arrive after this time, please contact the main office on 01759 306686 ex1
  • Is there an option to check-out later?- We have a limited number of late check out's we can facilitate on each day, £20 allows you to check out at 1 pm (check out is between 9 am-10 am) please contact the team to ask if this available for your stay.
  • How do I check-in to the lodge? - Check-in details can be collected from reception. If you are planning to arrive after the allocated check-in time please contact us on 01759306686 ex 1, and the details will be emailed to you.
  • When will I receive my booking confirmation? - All confirmations are sent out automatically upon booking, if this does not happen please get in touch and we will be able to assist.
  • Do all lodges have WIFI? - Yes, your WIFI password will be provided on the front of your map, or alternatively on your check-in email. During your stay if you have any issues, the service provider Voneus will be able to assist. Please contact their helpline on 0333 880 4141.

  • Are linen and towels provided? - Yes we provide linen and one towel per guest. We do advise that if you would like to use the hot tub please bring spare towels. Can I check-in early?- We unfortunately are unable to guarantee early check-ins. However, if you give us a call on your day of arrival we will be able to advise whether or not this will be possible.
  • We are bringing more than one car, will this be an issue? - There is parking for one car next to your lodge, any extra cars can be parked in our reception car park free of charge for the duration of your stay. However, we are unable to guarantee any extra parking spaces as our car park works on a first come first served basis.
  • Can I get a taxi easily? At both Allerthorpe and Malton there are plenty of taxi ranks that can be found with a quick google search. We do suggest booking these in advance to avoid disappointment.
  • Are toiletries provided? - Unfortunately, not. We do advise to bring your own.
